Cod and spinach bake

Recipe for four
 
Ingredients:

800g Cod/smoked haddock fillets

1 x pkt Spinach (washed)
1/2 pt Double cream
200g Emmental cheese, grated
250g Cherry tomatoes
 
Technique:

Place all of the spinach on the bottom of an oven dish
Add the fillets of cod/smoked haddock
Add the double cream
Add 200g Emmental 
Add halved cherry tomatoes
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C
