Quick chicken pie

Recipe for 4

Ingredients:
4x Large chicken breasts
2x Leeks
8x Chestnut mushrooms
400ml Celeriac soup
1 tsp Dried tarragon
4x Rounds cooked short pastry


Technique:
Cut chicken into 2cm cubes and fry off until cooked
Add leeks and mushrooms and sweat until cooked
Pour in celeriac soup
Add tarragon and simmer for 4 minutes.

Serve in a bowl and add cooked pastry
